Suggested use for the Ionic Bath "VERT SANTE" is 14 consecutive treatments that you take Children 5 - 17 years: 15 minute treatments, 2 days between. When done with the full 14 treatment one month break before repeating. Adults 18 -50 years: 30 minute treatments, 2 days between. When done with the full 14 treatment three weeks break before repeating. Adults 50 years and over: 30 minute treatments, 3 days between. When done with 14 treatments three weeks break before repeating. Take medications four hours before a footbath treatment. Do not wear metallic objects, use a phone or computer during a footbath treatment.
